Discipline life

[一直以黎,我都係未嘗過成功既滋味。常言道:「失敗乃成功之母。」所以我每經歷過一次失敗,我都要努力去分析我失敗既原因係乜野。其實,每一次結論,黎黎去去都係因為我唔夠精神,唔可以每每係最關鍵既時刻做最明智既決定。]

Eric 曾經苦口婆心俾意見我,我反思後明白自己最失敗就係生活唔夠規律。

自從中一認識熙到而家,我一直都知道佢既成功沿自佢規律既生活,自動自覺達到溫書同做事既目標。

[Waiting 一家同我老豆都係一個非常有規律既生活。]

[Rule of Work不做窮忙族等等生活書無一不提規律既重要性。]

我本 Notebook 、各散落於不同 media 既筆記都寫滿我要改善既係規律既生活。

仲有無數咁多既原因支持我去執行 Discipline Life, why don’t I take my action now?

Steps to taken:

  • I have set out my suggestion and improvement on taking actions on discipline life based on past experience and reading.
    • Need to read the Rule of work again to refresh my mind
    • Stop using the desktop at home during weekdays.  It can only be switched on on Friday and Saturday.
    • [A netbook for my daily is allowed.]
    • [I may keep on producing and writing my own thought on the web to keep myself reflective on life.]
    • [Read the document of the passage of WS and produce a passage for my own interest.]
    • [Email UOL and ask my status.]

參考我在華爾街探險之旅

係呢篇文章裡面,又再次見到其他人進行規律生活既見證。作者係一名係美國華爾街工作既華人,本來做傳媒,而家做 hedge fund o既工作。佢每日五點起身,梳洗出門,係地鐵睇完 Wall Street Journal ,番到公司入 Bloomberg 睇亞洲新聞,然後準時七點開會,討論投資組合。之後不停 read annual report, calculate the hedging result and  analysis on the company’s capital structure. Lunch 用公司既名單叫外賣,一面做一面食。每日八點半收工,再返屋企睇港股。

我呢?我每日可唔可以五點起到身?溫書加睇新聞及梳洗出門,七點上到巴士,八點返到公司然後入各 big 4 websites 睇 financial reporting 最新 update ,然後九點正式每日既工作。 Lunch 就去大會堂隔離個美心草草食完,或者最好食剩食埋個早餐唔洗食午餐〔一方面儲錢,另方面食午飯太飽影響工作同思維!〕再利用差唔多一個小時既時間去大會堂五樓基本法圖書館溫習。兩點返公司一直做到七點上村巴。再返屋企食飯溫書休息同訓覺。咁就一日。
